VCCD-5D1型带视频装置数显维氏硬度计，是在VD-5D1数显维氏硬度计基础上，增加视频测量装置的新一代维氏硬度计。视频测量装置，由CCD测量系统、彩色7英寸液晶显示器等部件组成。配备该装置后，使原来在硬度计目镜上显示的压痕，直接显示在液晶显示器上。工作过程更直观，测量更精确，避免用眼疲劳和长时间测量引起的人为误差，并能使工作过程多人同时观察。该机是现代实验室、试验室、教学和工厂检测等理想的硬度计。
