Main function and characteristics:
1. The machine adopts computer controlled high precision hydraulic servo valve to drive precision hydrocylinder. It realizes automatic control of many modes in the same rate test force, displacement and deformation to fulfill the tests of tension, compression, bending resistant to specimen and according with the requirments of the standard of GB/T228-2002 about tension test methods of metallic material at room temperature. If added with fittings, it can realize the measurement of tensile strength, ultimate tensile value of concrete material.
2. The mainframe of machine adopts hydrocylinder underneath type, the upper and lower jaw bases are open structure to simply clamp specimen.
3. Hydraulic servo loading system, and imported with original packaging hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve, high precision broadband hydraulic servo valve to ensure high precision, high efficiency, low noise, quick response and realize automatic control to test.
4. computer control and processing system:
a. it can finish set of test parameter, automatic control of test data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage and display(test data include: upper and lower yield point, tensile strength, breaking strength, modulus of elasticity, extensibility of every point, non-proportion elogation,etc.)
b. It has the function of screen display of test force, peak value, specimen deformation, piston displacement, test curve. Keyboard input operation and control mode intelligent set expert system and realizes arbitrary set of control scheme and smooth switch of various control mode.
c. On the basis of test soft of windowsXP operate system, it can finish data automatic acquisition and processing according with the requirements of the standard of GB228-2002 about tension test methods of metallic material at room temperature. It has the function of simulation and reproduction, reanalysis to test data, magnification of test curve, comparison, traversing. The test curve can arbitrarily choose coordinate axis, and enlargement and reduction.
d. It has many graphics display windows and unit conversion function. Database management and and can have network communication and management.
e. The machine has function of and extension and updating.
f. It has strong self-check function.
